Vision is the first module of Visible OS and the point of the V. Everything else grows from it. It answers one question: what future are we building?
Not a mission statement. A decision. What does success look like in three to five years, does the business model actually support that future, and what single principle, your North Star, guides strategic decisions when the options all look reasonable?
Most businesses skip this, or leave it loose because it feels soft. But every downstream choice, audience, offers, positioning, content, gets made on that loose foundation, case-by-case, and the business drifts while working hard. In Visible OS nothing is built until Vision is set; otherwise it's just noise with a budget.
Why is Vision the starting point and not the market?
Because the market can tell you what it wants, but only you can decide what you're building. Strategy that starts with the market produces a business shaped like everyone else's.
